GSA Contract Holder

  • GSA FABS Schedule Contract GS23F0027Y

IFAS is a proud contract holder under the GSA Financial and Business Solutions (FABS) Schedule. Through this contract vehicle, we are able to help federal agencies obtain quality financial services and better results with fewer resources. Our GSA Schedule allows Federal Managers the ability to quickly search, compare and order those products and services which best meet their needs.

  • CONTRACT VEHICLE – 8(a) CERTIFICATION

8(a) certification  by the U.S. Small Business Administration expires November 2018.

The benefits of this certification include:

Government purchasers can order goods and services from IFAS on a sole-source basis with a contract ceiling of $4 million.

Federal acquisition policies encourage Federal agencies to award a certain percentage of their contracts to SDBs; over 25 Federal agencies can contract directly with certified 8(a) firms.

8(a) firms can form joint ventures and teams to bid on contracts, enhancing our capability to perform larger prime contracts.

  • SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED

Sole-source contracts can be awarded if the contracting officer determines that a qualified SDVOSB is available to perform the contract, and the anticipated award value of the proposed contract, including options, will not exceed:

(a) $5 million for a requirement within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for manufacturing, or
(b) $3 million for a requirement within all other NAICS codes.

  • WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS FEDERAL CONTRACT PROGRAM

The Program provides equal access to federal contracting opportunities for women-owned small businesses (WOSB) and economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses (EDWOSBs). The program allows contracting officers to set aside specific federal contracts for WOSBs and EDWOSBs.

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time. The ordering community of SeaPort-e has expanded to include all Virtual Systems Command (SYSCOM) activities. Other activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps have also chosen to use SeaPort-e.
